Tin-Bronze With Solid Lubricant Casting Bronze Slide Block
JDB Bronze Slide Block is backed with Tin-Bronze. The surface is regularly and finely machined with sockets in which particular solid lubricant is filled. OILES 500# Bronze Slide Block is widely used on the anti-abrasion and anti-erosion parts, which work in conditions with heavier load and mediate running velocity.
By made mid-sized holes in order and then insert the solid lubricant into the holes in the bronze bushing to apply the bushings under oil-free conditions.
For instance, on light industrial machines, machine tools, moving belt in the drying machine, door of the fireplace, on no oil parts on the building, metallurgy and transportation machines, etc.
