High Strength Copper Alloy With Solid Lubricant Casting Plugs Bronze Flanged Bearings
JDB Bearing is backed with high strength Copper alloy. The surface is regularly and finely machined with sockets in which particular solid lubricant Plugs is filled.
Avoid use in seawater.
JDB Bearing Copper based and processed by turning technics. JDB Bearing can be made oil grooves on the inner surface and outside surface to reach a better lubricating effect. By made mid-sized holes in order and then insert the solid lubricant into the holes in the Copper bushing to apply the bushings under oil-free conditions.
JDB Copper Bearings is a special formulation of high strength copper-based body surface at a certain angle and density of embedded solid lubricant specially formulated by precision machining.
JDB Bearing can be used with rotary, reciprocating shaking motion and movement.
Diamater 31.5mm-63mm hydraulic cylinder is put on the intermediate shaft using fresh products.
JDB Bearing is widely used on consecutive casting and rolling machines, mine-exploiting equipment, ships, steam engine, injection molders and auto molds, etc.
